Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your installation. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for appointments booked with LaryOcean Mounting, operated by LARYOCEAN LLC.
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- More than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: cancel or reschedule at no charge, with a full refund of any amount paid.
- Within 24 hours of your appointment: a portion of the service fee may be retained to cover scheduling and travel reserved for you.
- No-shows (no one 18+ present, or no access to the property at the scheduled time): may be charged the full service fee.

2. Refunds for Completed Work
If you are not satisfied with a completed installation, contact us within 7 days. If the issue results from our workmanship, we will return to correct it at no charge. Where a remedy is not possible, we may issue a partial or full refund at our reasonable discretion.
3. Situations Outside Our Control
Some jobs cannot be completed for reasons beyond our control — for example, walls that cannot safely support the TV, missing or incompatible mounting hardware, or required landlord/building approvals that are not in place. In these cases, a trip/assessment fee may apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Brackets & Materials
Where mounting brackets or materials are supplied by us, unopened items may be refundable; opened or installed hardware may be non-refundable.
